The NovaStar VX16S is the big box of the VX line: video processing, video control and LED screen configuration integrated into one 2U chassis, sending Ultra HD 4K×2K@60Hz images to walls of up to 10.4 million pixels over 16 Ethernet output ports.
Three independent layers — a 4K×2K main layer plus two 2K×1K PIPs — give you real presentation flexibility, and up to four DVI inputs can be mosaicked into a single independent source. HDMI 2.0 and dual 3G-SDI round out the input card, with support for cinema and broadcast frame rates and 3D display.
Paired with NovaStar’s V-Can software for richer mosaic effects and easy operation, the VX16S is the controller for large fixed installs, broadcast studios and premium rental inventories.
