Most school installs fall into one of four sizes. Pick the closest match to jump-start the calculator with a typical specification — then tune it to your room.

In their own words

From the people who
run the system
every period.

We asked three of our school partners what changed after they switched. No marketing, no scripts — we recorded the calls and got permission to print the parts that mattered.

Our AV class runs the gym wall for every home game now. First Friday we used it, the only complaint was that the away team's parents could read the score from the parking lot.

I sat through four LED demos in two budget cycles. SeeThru was the only vendor that asked what we needed on a Tuesday morning, not just a Friday-night game. They quoted the gym I actually have.

The auditorium wall has run through three musicals, two graduations, and a thousand morning announcements without going down once. The same engineer who scoped it still answers when I call.

Plan your wall

Let's build your
wall together.

Three quick questions. We'll sketch your wall as you go and recommend the pixel pitch that fits your space. Full spec — weight, brightness, power draw, structural notes — comes with your tailored plan.

Pixel pitch, explained

The number that
fits the room.

Pixel pitch is the distance between LEDs — smaller numbers mean a sharper picture up close. The right pitch reads clean from every seat. Most campuses end up between P1.8 and P3.9.

P1.5
Lobby & classroom Wayfinding, lessons, and front-office displays, viewed up close.
1.5 mm · 400 × 225 / cab
From 5 ft back
P1.8
Lecture hall · IMAG Mid-size rooms and the cleanest auditorium side-screens.
1.8 mm · 333 × 187 / cab

P2.5
Auditorium & commons Our default for 500–2,000-seat houses and large commons.
2.5 mm · 240 × 135 / cab

P2.9
Large auditorium Performing-arts centers and deep rooms, seating 40 ft+.

Bond, lease & grant options.

Fixed-rate lease financing through partners who fund education AV specifically. Match payments to your fiscal-year and bond schedule. No balloon payments. No early-termination penalty after month 24.

Warranty
5year

Parts warranty, every install.

Five-year parts coverage on cabinets and controller. One-year on-site service included. Spare modules delivered to your closet on install day — same boxes, same revision, ready to swap.

Service
Same-dayswap

An honest comparison

Three ways
to buy a wall.

Most schools end up choosing between three options: a general AV integrator who resells what their distributor stocks; an LED-only reseller who'll ship cabinets but won't install them; or a turnkey LED specialist like SeeThru. Here's what's different.

Questions we get every week

Asked & answered.

Eight years of campus installs means most of your questions are ones we've answered before. Here are the ones that come up most often — honestly, not in marketing-speak.

Can you install over summer break and be done before the first bell?

Yes — that's how most of our school installs are scheduled. For a typical gym or auditorium install: 10 to 18 days on site, and we plan it into summer or a long break so the room is live and tested before students return.

We will not start an install we can't finish with at least two weeks of buffer before your first event on the wall. That's a written commitment in the contract.

Can our AV class or staff actually run this without a degree?

Yes. The control surface is designed for non-experts. Plain-English buttons. Scene-based presets your staff builds once, then a student recalls on game day. Backup feeds and emergency fallbacks on a single screen with no firmware menus.

Two on-site training sessions are included with every install, and we come back at the six-week mark to retrain anyone who joined since launch.

How do we pay for it — bond, grant, or lease?

All three. We work with lease-financing partners who specialize in education AV — fixed-rate, up to 60 months, payment schedules aligned to your fiscal year. We also provide board-ready, line-item quotes that drop straight into a bond packet or grant application.

For phased projects we can stage the install — gym in year one, auditorium in year two, commons in year three — so cash flow matches what's been approved.

Will it survive students, dodgeballs, and daily use?

The cabinets are continuous-duty rated for ten years of bell-to-bell use, and gym installs are mounted and protected for the environment they live in. Spare modules ship to your closet on install day — same boxes, same revision — and a trained student can swap a failed module in about four minutes with one tool we provide.

Will the back row of the bleachers actually be able to read it?

If we say yes in our written proposal, yes. We measure your actual farthest seat during the site survey and select pixel pitch and brightness against that distance — not against a brochure. If the wall doesn't read clean from the top row, we'll tell you before you sign and recommend a different solution.

What's covered after the warranty period?

Cabinets and processor carry a 1-year parts warranty, with one year of on-site service bundled in. Beyond year one you can add an annual service contract starting around $4,800/year for a typical mid-size install — same-day swap, firmware updates, annual recalibration, and 24/7 phone support — or pay per-incident with no lock-in.
