This Privacy Policy explains what information SeeThru Displays (“we”, “us”) collects through this website, how we use it and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you request a quote, use one of our calculators or planners, contact us, or place an order, we collect the details you submit — such as your name, email, phone number, company, project details, and billing and shipping addresses.
• Order and payment information. Payments are processed by our payment providers (such as Stripe). We do not store full card numbers on our servers.
• Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we collect device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and the ad or campaign that brought you here (for example UTM parameters and click identifiers) — using cookies and similar technologies.

How we use information

• To respond to enquiries, prepare quotes and deliver products and services.
• To process orders, payments, shipping, warranty and support.
• To send you updates about your enquiry or order, and — where you have agreed or the law allows — marketing messages. You can opt out at any time.
• To measure and improve our website and advertising, and to protect the site against fraud and abuse.

Cookies, session recording and chat

We use cookies and similar technologies for the following purposes:

• Essential. Keeping your cart, checkout and form submissions working, and protecting the site from abuse.
• Preferences. Remembering choices such as a product configuration you started.
• Analytics. Understanding how visitors find and use the site, through Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics.
• Advertising and attribution. Measuring which ads and campaigns lead to enquiries, using pixels from platforms we advertise on (such as Google and Meta) and a first-party attribution cookie that stores the campaign details (for example UTM parameters and click identifiers) that brought you here.

Session recording. This website uses Microsoft Clarity to record how visitors interact with it — including mouse movements, clicks, scrolling and the pages viewed — so we can find and fix usability problems. Recordings are tied to a random visitor ID rather than your name, and sensitive fields such as payment details are masked. Microsoft processes this data as described in the Microsoft Privacy Statement.

Live chat. Our website chat is provided by Tidio. Chat conversations — including any contact details you share in them — are recorded and stored so our team can reply, follow up on your enquiry and improve our service.

Calls, texts and forms. Enquiries you send through our forms, calculators and planners are stored in our CRM together with the page you sent them from and the campaign details above. Phone calls and text messages with our team may be logged or recorded for quality and record-keeping.

You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, and most browsers let you send a “Do Not Track” or Global Privacy Control signal. Some features, such as the cart, may not work without essential cookies.

Who we share information with

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us run our business — our CRM and messaging platform, payment processors, shipping carriers, hosting, analytics and advertising partners — and when required by law or to protect our rights. These providers may process data in the United States.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiry and customer records for as long as needed to serve you and to meet legal, tax and warranty obligations, then delete or anonymize them.

Your rights

Depending on where you live — including under the California Consumer Privacy Act — you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information, and to opt out of certain sharing for advertising. Text messages and calls

If you give us your phone number, we may call or text you about your enquiry or order. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts at any time.

Children

This website is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
