The switcher for rooms where the display is also a source. Four 4K60 inputs feed one output, and the ARC return path carries audio back from the TV — so the apps running on the screen itself reach your amplifier through the same box that handles everything else, instead of needing a second cable and a second remote.
It runs 18Gbps HDMI 2.0b with 4:4:4 colour at 4K60, and passes the full audio stack untouched: LPCM up to 7.1 channels, Dolby TrueHD and DTS-HD Master Audio. If you are feeding a surround processor, nothing is decoded or flattened on the way through.
Both HDMI audio and the ARC return can be de-embedded to the breakout outputs, which is the neat trick — one switcher becomes the audio hub for the whole room. Auto and manual switching, EDID management, and front panel, IR and RS-232 control round it out.
