SeeThru designs and installs LED video walls for corporate lobbies, town-hall stages, boardrooms, and control rooms - built for brand-grade visuals, quiet always-on operation, and clean AV-over-IP integration.
Most workplace installs fall into one of four sizes. Pick the closest match to jump-start the calculator with a typical specification — then tune it to your space.
Most companies start with one wall — the lobby or the town-hall stage — then add the rest over a few budget cycles. SeeThru designs every install so the pieces work together when you're ready, from the reception feature wall to the operations-center video wall.
Brand stories, live dashboards, and welcome messaging — sharp from arm's length in a close lobby.
Town-hall and investor-day staging. Live camera, slides, captions, and Teams or Zoom feeds.
Network dashboards, KPI walls, incident response — 24/7 reliable.

Backup feed is one button awayFrom business-hours dashboards to 24/7 lobby loops and NOC walls, your LED needs to perform every hour the building is open — and stay quiet doing it.
Continuous-duty panels · 10-yr lifeWe keep the quote straightforward, with the major costs included up front. No mystery hardware. No vague installation number. No “we’ll figure it out later” nonsense.
Transparent project pricingWhen an investor day or all-hands is minutes away, “submit a ticket” is not enough. SeeThru gives workplaces fast, practical support from people who understand live AV.
Support built around event daysWe asked three of our workplace partners what changed after they switched.
Our AV desk was running the lobby and town-hall walls within two weeks. First all-hands we used it, everyone noticed — the team in the back could finally read the slides, and the brand loops looked broadcast-grade.
I sat through five LED demos in three years. SeeThru was the only company that asked about our AV-over-IP stack and IT security, not just the picture. They quoted the lobby I actually have, not the one a salesperson wished I had.
The NOC wall has run 24/7 since the Friday before we went live in 2023. It hasn't gone down once. The same engineer who scoped the room still answers when I call - including the night before our last investor day.
Answer three quick questions and instantly see estimated pricing. We’ll recommend the right LED wall size, pixel pitch, and system specs for your workplace.
Tell us how you'll install it. We'll adjust the drawing as you pick.
Drag to size the wall. The preview updates live — the person standing is six feet tall, so you can eyeball the proportions.
From the front of the wall to the closest viewer. This sets the pixel pitch — we pick the LED density that reads sharp at that distance without spending budget you don't need to.
We'll prepare a tailored plan for your space — spec sheet, fit notes, and an honest ballpark. Usually back within three business days.

Pixel pitch is the distance between LEDs - smaller numbers mean a sharper picture up close. The right pitch reads clean from every seat. Most workplaces end up between P0.9 and P2.5.

We know a workplace LED wall is a major decision. That is why we keep the process clear: straightforward pricing, capex or opex options, reliable warranty coverage, and support your team can actually reach.
Lease and financing options are available for companies that want to spread the investment over time, fit it into a fit-out budget, or standardize spend across a multi-site real-estate portfolio.
Every SeeThru workplace installation includes warranty coverage for the LED panels, processor, and core system hardware, with SLA options available for long-term peace of mind.
When your LED wall is the backdrop for an all-hands or investor day, support matters. SeeThru helps with training, troubleshooting, spare-part planning, and fast response when your team needs it most.
One team guides the project from measurement to installation and handover. We help your company choose the right screen size, structure, processor, and service plan - then install it around your business and event schedule.
We review your space, AV stack, viewing distance, wall structure, and integration needs before recommending a system.
Your team gets a clear proposal with system specs, installation scope, timeline, and pricing before anything moves forward.
Your LED wall is configured, tested, and installed by a team that understands live AV and occupied-office environments.
After installation, we train your AV and IT team and help you plan for long-term reliability, maintenance, and replacement parts.
Typical timeline: Most workplace LED wall projects take 8–12 weeks from first call to installation, depending on size, structure, permitting, and scheduling.

18 × 9 ft main · P1.2 · installed 2025Most companies end up choosing between three options: a general AV integrator who resells what their distributor stocks; an LED-only reseller who'll ship cabinets but won't install them; or a turnkey LED specialist like SeeThru. Here's what's different.
Eight years of workplace installs means most of your questions are ones we've answered before. Here are the eight that come up most often.
For a typical lobby or town-hall install: 10 to 18 days on site, depending on rigging complexity and how much structural prep the space needs. We schedule around your business — not the other way around. We commission after hours or over weekends when the floor is quiet, leave the space clean, and stay out of working hours wherever we can.
We will not start an install we can't finish with at least two weeks of buffer before your first event on the wall. That's a written commitment in the contract.
Yes. The control surface is designed for your AV desk. Push buttons in plain English. Scene-based presets your team builds once, then anyone recalls for the next all-hands. Backup feeds and emergency fallbacks accessible from a single screen with no firmware menus.
It integrates with your AV-over-IP, Teams, Zoom, and room-control stack. Two on-site training sessions are included with every install, and we come back at the six-week mark to retrain anyone who joined since launch.
An average lobby wall (8 × 5 cabinets at P1.5) draws roughly 2.7 kW running. Over a typical business day, that's a few dollars in electricity at average North American rates. Our panels are fanless and silent, so they sit comfortably in quiet offices, boardrooms, and reception areas without adding noise.
Spare modules ship to your office on install day — same boxes, same revision, ready to swap. Your trained AV staffer can replace a failed module in about four minutes with a single tool we provide.
If the failure is bigger than a single module, your named engineer's cell number is in the project handover folder. We've taken those calls. Same-day in-person response on emergency tickets within your service area.
All of the above. We work with lease-financing partners who specialize in workplace AV — fixed-rate, up to 60 months, payment schedules aligned to your fiscal year. No balloon payments. No early-termination penalty after month 24.
For companies standardizing across a real-estate portfolio, we can phase the rollout (HQ lobby in year one, regional sites after) so spend matches your fit-out and capital plan.
If we say yes in our written proposal, yes. We measure your actual longest sight line during the site survey and select pixel pitch and brightness against that distance — not against a marketing brochure. If the wall doesn't read clean at that range, we'll tell you before you sign, and we'll recommend a different solution.
The system runs on your terms. We work with your IT team on VLAN segmentation, locked-down content endpoints, and integration with your AV-over-IP and room-control standards. Cabinets and processor carry a 1-year parts warranty. One year of on-site service is bundled into every install. Beyond year one, you can add an annual SLA starting at $4,800 per year for a typical mid-size workplace — same-day swap, firmware updates, annual color recalibration, and 24/7 phone support.
Or you can pay per-incident as needed. No long-term lock-in.
Yes. We've rolled out consistent lobby, boardroom, town-hall, and NOC specs across multi-site portfolios — same cabinets, same control surface, same handover docs at every location. The hardware is the same; the content profile is yours.
We do not impose a creative direction. If your brand calls for restrained, minimal dashboards in reception, the wall stays on-brand. If your experience center is full-motion brand storytelling, the wall is the visual foundation of the space. Both work, and both stay consistent site to site.
