What does a commercial LED wall actually cost?
The planner above gives you a real range in about a minute — it prices the cabinets for your exact wall size and pixel pitch, with volume discounts already applied. As a rough anchor, a lobby wall around 16 × 9 ft lands in the mid five figures for hardware; a large control-room wall can run into six.
That range covers the LED cabinets. Structure, processing, content systems and installation are itemized separately in your proposal so you can see what is driving the number.
How do I know which pixel pitch I need?
It comes down to your closest viewer, your content and how wide the wall is. Finer pitch means you can stand closer before the pixel structure shows — and costs more per square foot.
The planner works it out from the answers you give and shows you the reasoning, including the two pitches either side of the recommendation so you can see the trade-off rather than take our word for it.
We run 16 camera feeds. Will they all be readable?
That is a resolution question, not a size question. Each readable feed needs roughly a quarter-HD tile, so 16 feeds need about 8.3 megapixels on the wall. Pick the control-room flow in the planner and it checks every pitch option against your feed count and tells you if the wall comes up short.
How long does installation take, and can you work around our hours?
For a typical lobby or boardroom install: 10 to 18 days on site, depending on rigging complexity and structural prep. We schedule around your business — commissioning after hours or over weekends when the floor is quiet.
We will not start an install we cannot finish with at least two weeks of buffer before your first event on the wall.
Can our own IT or AV team run it?
Yes — that is the design goal. Clean AV-over-IP, Teams and Zoom integration, room-control presets and a control surface anyone on the AV desk can drive. We hand over with training and leave documentation with the system.
What happens if a module fails in three years?
Cabinets are front-serviceable, so a module swap does not mean dismantling the wall or hiring a lift. We hold spare modules in stock matched to your specific build, and parts and panels are covered for a year.
Can you handle a multi-site rollout?
Yes. Standardising on one panel family across sites is usually cheaper per wall and much cheaper to support, because spares and training are shared. Tell us the site count on the planner and we will price the rollout rather than a single wall.
Is a window-facing screen bright enough to beat daylight?
Only if it is specified as a high-brightness build. If you tell the planner the screen faces out through glass, that flag rides along on your proposal automatically and we quote the brighter build rather than letting you discover the problem after install.
