Rental Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to LED video wall and LED screen rentals from SeeThru Displays.

1. Rental Rates

• Deposit: $500 refundable deposit required to reserve date.
• First Day Rental: $700 (all-inclusive).
• Each Additional Day: $300 per day.

2. Payment & Deposits

• Deposit secures booking and is due when you confirm.
• Remaining balance (first day + extra days) due 7 days before delivery.
• Acceptable methods: major credit card, ACH, check.

3. Cancellation & Refunds

• Cancel >30 days before event: deposit fully refundable.
• Cancel 7–30 days prior: deposit is non‑refundable, but you may reschedule within 6 months.
• Cancel <7 days before event: entire invoice (including deposit) is non-refundable.
• If we must cancel due to weather, safety, or logistics, you may choose rescheduling or full refund.

4. Delivery, Setup & Return

• We deliver and install the LED wall at agreed time.
• Setup and takedown are included in day-one fee.
• Equipment must remain undisturbed until our team returns.
• Failure to facilitate safe setup may incur extra labor fees.
• Post-event, we’ll remove the wall. Do not dismantle without our team—extra labor fees may apply.

5. Deposit Refund

• Full refund within 3 business days post-return, provided equipment is intact.
• Deductions may apply for damage or missing parts.
• If damage exceeds deposit, you’ll be billed for additional costs.

6. Liability & Insurance

• Renter assumes responsibility for any damage, theft, or injury arising from use.
• We recommend event liability insurance.
• We are not liable for indirect damages (lost profits, etc.).

7. Rescheduling

• You may reschedule up to 7 days before event date at no cost, subject to availability.
• Reschedule within 7 days forfeits original date and deposit.

8. Dispute Resolution & Jurisdiction

• Governed by California law.
• Disputes resolved in courts of Los Angeles County, CA.

9. General

• We retain ownership of all equipment.
• Early termination by renter does not entitle to refund.
• We reserve the right to refuse service for unsafe conditions or force majeure.
