These Terms & Conditions govern your use of this website and any purchase, quote or reservation you make with SeeThru Displays (“we”, “us”). By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.
1. Products, quotes and pricing
We sell transparent LED and OLED displays, LED video walls, LED posters, processors and related AV equipment. Prices shown on the site are in US dollars and exclude sales tax and freight unless stated otherwise. Many of our products are configured and manufactured to order; for these, the price is confirmed in a written quote, which is valid for the period stated on it. Online estimates and calculator results are budgetary guidance, not a binding offer. We may correct pricing or specification errors at any time before an order is accepted.
2. Orders and payment
An order is accepted when we confirm it in writing or charge your payment method. Made-to-order products require payment, or a deposit as stated in your quote, before production begins. We accept the payment methods shown at checkout or on your invoice.
3. Shipping, delivery and risk
Lead times shown on the site or in a quote are estimates. Large items ship by crated freight; someone must be available to receive and inspect the shipment. Note any visible damage on the carrier’s delivery receipt and tell us within 48 hours so we can file a claim. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery.
4. Returns and cancellations
Returns, exchanges and order cancellations are covered by our Returns & Exchanges policy.
5. Warranty
Unless your quote states otherwise, products carry a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship from the date of delivery. The warranty covers repair or replacement of defective parts at our option; defective products are repaired rather than returned or refunded. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation by third parties, unauthorized modification, power surges, water ingress on indoor-rated products, or normal wear. Extended coverage may be available at the time of purchase.
6. Installation and rentals
Installation, commissioning and on-site services are provided under the scope in your quote. Equipment rentals are governed by our Rental Terms & Conditions.
7. Use of this website
You may not misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, scrape it in a way that burdens our systems, or use it for any unlawful purpose. All content on the site — text, images, video, software and the SeeThru Displays name and logo — belongs to us or our licensors and may not be reused without permission. Product images and specifications are for illustration; minor variations may occur.
8. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SeeThru Displays is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, including lost profits or lost revenue, arising from the use of our products or this website. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product or service giving rise to it. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited under applicable law.
9. Privacy
Our handling of personal information is described in our Privacy Policy.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
11. Changes
We may update these terms from time to time. The version posted on this page at the time of your order applies to that order.
