Our policies are designed to ensure fairness, protect our clients, and maintain the integrity of our specialized products. Please read the following terms carefully before initiating any return or refund request.
1. General Overview
Our standard refund and return policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If more than 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer a refund, credit, or exchange.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused, uninstalled, and in the same condition in which it was received.
- Be shipped back in its original packaging (including all cables, manuals, and accessories).
- Include proof of purchase (invoice or order confirmation).
2. Non-Returnable Items
Certain products cannot be returned under any circumstances:
- Turnkey Solutions & Packages: Due to their custom nature, turnkey LED solutions and package installations are non-returnable and non-refundable.
- Custom-Built Orders: Displays manufactured or configured specifically for your project cannot be returned.
- Downloadable Software & Digital Content: Licenses, codes, and downloadable files are final sale.
- Gift Cards or Store Credit: Non-refundable.
3. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may only be issued under the following conditions:
- Products that arrive defective, damaged, or incomplete due to our error.
- Standard-stock products (non-customized) that are returned in unused, original condition within the 30-day window.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of approval or denial. If approved, the refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–14 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
4. Exchanges
Exchanges are available only for defective or damaged items. If you need a replacement for the same product, please contact us first at [email protected] to open a support case before shipping the product back.
5. Shipping & Return Costs
- Customer Responsibility: All return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Safe Transport: We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance for high-value items. SeeThruDisplays is not liable for lost or damaged return shipments.
- Address Confirmation: Instructions and the correct return address will be provided once your support case is approved.
6. Late or Missing Refunds
If you have not received your refund after the processing period:
- Check your bank account and/or credit card statement again.
- Contact your credit card company, as posting may take time.
- Reach out to your bank for further assistance.

8. Important Notes
- Do not send products back to the manufacturer directly. Always contact SeeThruDisplays first for instructions.
- Sale items, clearance products, and custom turnkey projects are strictly non-refundable.
- Refunds, when applicable, apply only to the original product cost. Shipping and handling fees are excluded.
